WBTSA required a geocoder to be created to allow staff to search for addresses within their current ArcView & ArcReader environment. Using raw PSMA data ISA Solutions constructed a geocoder database that allowed fast searching of all Australian addresses within seconds from either ArcView or ArcReader.
