WBTSA required an offline tile server setting up for the Australia and New Zealand regions. ISA Solutions installed and configured MapProxy on a server. Then Open Source tile servers of OpenStreetMap were cached onto the server at maximum levels and configured for fast offline access in ArcView & ArcReader.
